While many of our tools are also available through the leading automotive tool suppliers and distributors; our new website puts our entire, innovative tool product line at your fingertips. You'll also find it makes a great resource for our tool instructions and product sheets - all of which are available to freely download in Acrobat PDF format (links are located at the bottom of most individual product pages).
PRICES
All tool/kit prices exclude shipping and sales tax, if applicable. Only Illinois customers are charged (7.25%) state sales tax.
SECURE, ONLINE ORDER SYSTEM
We accept all
major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Our site uses a third-party shopping cart system, UltraCart, to process your credit card payment securely, in real time, through Authorize.net.
FAST U.S. SHIPMENT
Most orders ship within one business day by UPS Ground and are delivered to your door within 3 to 7 working days. When ordering, please make sure to provide your full and complete physical shipping address, including any unit, apartment or suite numbers. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We gladly accept credit card orders from Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Western Europe, New Zealand, and Australia. Your credit card issuer will automatically convert your order total from U.S. Dollars into your own currency at their prevailing exchange rate for such transactions.
International packages are shipped by UPS, unless other arrangements are made prior to shipment. Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery of most international orders. We ship as quickly as possible, however we have no control over customs or other delays in transit. Please note, any customs fees or duties imposed by your country are your sole responsibility, as the purchaser. International customers who refuse to accept delivery of their package will be charged all shipping/return costs plus a 20% restocking fee.
FRAUD
A to Z Tool reserves the right to reject any credit card payment; which we suspect may be fraudulent. If there is a problem with your payment, we will attempt to notify you by email or phone using the information provided on your order form.
RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS
All A to Z Tools are warranted for a minimum of one year against defects in material or workmanship. Furthermore, we go to great lengths to assure each and every tool meets the strictest quality control standards. If ever you experience a problem, please contact us by phone or email within the tool's warranty period and we will make arrangements for the return of the item and prompt shipment of a replacement.
